Location: Riga, Latvia
Size: 15000 sq. m.
The objectives:
– develop BEP (BIM Execution Plan) with basic rules and procedures for for successful InfraBIM Project execution;
– execute BEP and coordinate InfraBIM process:
performing BIM model quality checks;
managing information exchange;
managing CDE (Common Data Environment);
managing information quality;
other activities necessary for BIM project execution;
– Develop 4D InfraBIM schedule-related information and processes to create a virtual construction sequence and manage construction statuses.
